Good condition- there’s a small spot on the back near the collar and a small hole on the back.
The tag is washed totally out on this shirt. I would say it fits most like a medium but please be sure to double check the measurements to ensure a proper fit. The actual measurements when laid flat are:
Pit to pit: 19 inches
Top of collar to bottom in back: 26.5 inches
