Excellent condition- there’s some minor pilling on the material but other than that it’s great. No holes, stains, or anything like that.
The tag is marked medium but I would say it fits most like a modern small- please double check the measurements to ensure a proper fit. The actual measurements when laid flat are:
Pit to pit: 16.5 inches
Top of collar to bottom in back: 24 inches
