100% cotton, the tag is marked large. The actual measurements when laid flat are:
Pit to pit: 21.5 inches
Top of collar to bottom hem, in back: 27 inches
Good vintage condition- there is screen wear. It’s not too bad on the front, but it’s VERY noticeable in the back. On the back there are also a few bleach spots up by the collar, and one small one down by the seam. Other than that it’s great- no holes, open seams, or tears
