Vintage Car T-Shirts

Here’s another classic, that rumour had it actually got BANNED at a few dragstrips.

Jim was a career firefighter (if memory serves) & his hobby was running a real competitive AA/FC. One of the first race car shirts I saw that had great artwork, layout & slogan. Cool colour, too.

Picked this up at Pomona in October 1985, back when you could buy ’em directly from the racer! Don’t remember the cost.

Your looking at a 1995 United States Hot Rod Association t-shirt from the monster jam world tour by American Thunder.No signs of wear on this gem colors still bright shirt still very crisp size large chest22inch. length 28 1/2inch.

Tags still attached, this was a “Magik Shirt” which would change color with the heat from your body. The color change aspect seems to have worn out but this is an incredible t shirt nonetheless. Very soft material, excellent condition, great vintage color and perfect for a collector of Datsun memorabilia. The tag reads as a youth medium which would fit a women’s XS or men’s XXS.

The brand Lucky 13 was established in 1991.
