Good stuff from Vintage Union, a fellow blogger and vintage sneaker collector. Some scans of a vintage Nike catalog from 1988…great line up, I can’t pick the one I like most….

I came across an eBay auction for three pairs of original Nike Tailwind releases. Pictures give us a good idea of the differences between the original red white black colorway and the Kenya version.

These are the Nike Air Fuego‘s that were an unreleased sample from 1997. These were scheduled to be released during the holiday season of that year, but due to the fact that the Air Bakin’s and the whole line was recalled due to the controversy, these were scrapped from being released. They were to be a part of the women’s line but unfortunately they did not make it.

Here comes the third part of my collection of vintage Nike runners. Still one part to go, before going over to tennis and basketball.
