90s or 2000s Classic Alstyle?

New to the vintage scene, many of the tags i find are nowhere to be found (specially to try and date), and i dont trust GPT too much

Weird one, not hits via google lens either - I would think it's well into the 2000s - I don't remember ever seeing it.
