70s? Subway T-shirt

I was initially surprised to see the subway logo on a older shirt. Apparently Subway was founded in 1965. I'm not sure how long they have been using that logo for, but I think it's an original.

Whoa, nice. I'm sure it's original....might be early 80s though. I didn't know the franchise was that old. In the mid 80s my step father was going to invest in a franchise in Toronto before they were here. He didn't. Ooops.

I worked at Subway in the late 80s- we had CASES of those shirts in the back. d'oh.

I definitely got my MFA in Sandwich Arts

My crowning glory was when I was allowed to wear the Mr. Subway costume and taunt passing traffic.
