Grateful Dead Tour Tshirt

Hey there! I came across this tshirt and it definitely has the look and feel of vintage, but the label is throwing me off. Is is possible to have a "made in Pakistan" tag in a 1978 shirt? It's a 100% cotton women's style shirt. Could it be 70s vintage, or a later repro? Thanks!!!

I believe they were around in the late 70s.
