I literally no zero about these shirts, a friend of mine is looking for some info.

Anyone know any thing about these / can bestow some wisdom to me?

The Stedman tag is usually a good sign indicating 80s, maybe early 90s? A lot of OG skate tees were on Stedman prior to them adding their own branding. I'm not familiar with this particular shirt - and the photos aren't great - wish I could make out the details in the print.

Is it for sale somewhere that has better images?

I will get better pics of the shirt, sorry for the bad intel. Owner is trying to find out more about it, so having to have them dig it out, etc. Will update in a few!!
