Is this the real deal? I got it from the original owner, a old metal head, but a buyer is confused it said it’s a Thailand fake ?

I thought it was real for about a year because it has this typical 90s feeling, then a friend said it kinda looks like a fake because the colors are too „loud“. Could need some help with that/ measurements: 27.56 × 22.83 inches

Does anyone got an idea in which era those tags where made? My guess is early 2000‘s

Does someone know when it was made and what it’s worth ?

And the fade seemed to be too perfect so I was wondering if it’s a fake
