Just won this on eBay legit?

I used to own this shirt my dad gave it to me! My brother took it with him when he moved without me knowing and he got into a fight with his roommate and left the shirt there . I’ve been looking for it for years pls help! (I’ve seen reprint versions but I want the og one!)
