Seller claims it’s a 90s European bootleg but I’ve never seen this tag before, any help?

Found this tshirt recently and am looking for some more info on it. It’s definitely got some age, printing is a bit weird (letters go over the sleeve seam etc) and the licensing is misspelt. I can’t find any other examples like it, I am leaning towards a vintage/parking lot bootleg as I feel modern ...
