The shirt has an M&O Knits HeavyWeight tag, size L, Made in Mexico.
The sleeves and hem are double stitched.

I am wondering why it has a GIANT license copyright but an M&O body.

I believe it may be an official 2000s reprint rather than a 1996 original.
