The one you've shown without the red is a counterfeit tag, made most obvious by the spacing between TULTEX.

The other red tag looks okay at first glance, but not a great shot of the print, can you do a shot of just the print?

Great size, and condition. Item is legit. That said, Paul's 80s/90s tees aren't particularly valuable, but have come up in recent years.
