Nike is on fire this year - breakout tee of the year for sure.

It gets complicated because she over charged me on shipping - and said she couldn't refund until they released the funds after feedback. Now that I have left feedback she's not responding.

I bought an item from a seller who claims PayPal was holding the funds from the transaction until I left positive feedback for it on eBay.

Says this is because she hasn't been a seller for 90 days yet.

Is this true or was I just being manipulated in to leaving positive feedback?

at auction morrissey tees seem to be going for quite low - but BIN is still strong. There's one exactly like yours priced at $149 - I would do a BIN for $100-125 and be patient.
