I can't seem to find a match for it. I can clearly see the double stitching - which means it could be a european boot, since they used DS far earlier.

Did you try isolating the front print and putting it into Google images?

There are Che rage tees, but I've never seen one this Che heavy on the front. I can't find anything in google images. Seems like a lesser-seen Che tee, rather than RATM.

No image hits on Google, but Laughing Water is a spot in Jamaica, and looks to be dreads on the back silhouette. So I think it's probably a tourist t-shirt from there.
