I reported it and sent the seller a message.

The only chance I have of them doing something is the fact that the bootlegger is using my pictures and that falls under copyright infringement.

It's true Jimmy- This happened to me as a seller a few months back. I called PayPal a bunch of times and they apparently "expedited" me through and removed the hold in a week or so. But it was a little nerve wracking sending out shirts while the money was on hold.

Thanks for the concern. Unfortunately, nothing good to report yet. She never replied to the feedback revision request and has been pretty unresponsive this whole time. I doubt much happens though.

Hang onto it for about 30 years and I guarantee that it will be worth more than you paid for it :)

I would bet it's worth a bit less than what you paid for it. $10-15 maybe.

It sucks indeed. I spent about a hour on the phone today with 3 different folks at ebay. There's not much they can do now because she still has 2 days before the feedback revision request expires.
