hmmmmm....whats the RN #? I can't make it out. Anything other than white I always think of Tiny Pony's multi color repros. Another tag I haven't seen before - but likely not from the 70s. Can't see any reason for a legit Pinwheel shirt to be on that tag.

A classic case of a deadstock tee that was either over cured or stored in a dry climate for too long.
I always give deadstock tees a little tug to make sure they aren't dried out before putting them in the wash.
Go back to that seller - you deserve a refund.

Hmmmmm not sure. Blue tags are usually late 80s, but not sure about that one.
