I had never heard of a serger before I read your post. Interesting stuff.
I found an organization online that might be able to help you locate a good tailor/seamstress who does serger work in your area. The Indianapolis chapter of the American Sewing Guild: https://indyasg.org/classes/

Hey Jimmy,
Not sure why that post ended up with three images of the tag. I only placed it inline once. Just thought I'd let you know in case there's a bug.

For what it's worth, I date that Gildan double tag starting in about '98 and then going into the 00s. Not sure about that particular shirt, though.

Re: Nine Inch Nails FOTL Tags
I think you're safe on the adult / no-adult issue. There were multiple variations of those tags in any given year and some had Adult and some didn't...who knows why. The only thing that looked funky to me about the tag on the embroidered shirt was that there was so much blank white space on the left...

Re: Jackson guitar shirt
Thanks, man. that's interesting. Maybe my boy was remembering the shirt wrong. He's trying to find me an old pic of him wearing it, but he hasn't turned one up yet. There are two charvel shirts up on etsy, one with a Signal tag (the Wyco muscle shirt) and one with a Screen Stars. The worthpoint one ...
