There seems to be a signature to the right of the graphic ...it's very small.

RN 18805 came to be in the 1960s, roughly. I found the tag on another one color print below, likely early 80s given the Iran tensions were at their peak then.

Yours could be 70s.

As to what it is, not sure!

Can't find an exact match but here's a similar one, that looks to be heat transfer.
