Looks to be a modern blank. It's possible that it's from 2009 - when the company started, but that still doesn't put it in the vintage range - and it's probably more likely more modern:

"Famona Limited is a leading wholesale supplier of plain hoodies, sweatshirts, tshirts, crop tops, and tracksuits since 2009."
