It's definitely a bootleg, but I'm not sure how old it is, and if it's vintage, I'm investigating now.

Funny, second person hasn't seen it, he lives the Malaysia and usually has a radar for these tags. But maybe it's not of the Malaysia/Thai origin. I think it's relatively new? I'm going to post it on our Instagram account shortly.
I traced it back to 2020, and one of the prints on it is a Harley tee from Thailand.
Another user from IG (ppppalen) traced it to a post from 2018.
