LEVIS STREET T 1990 HELP? ALL VINTAGE TEE NINJAS HELP!!

Stumbled upon this Levis tee shirt at my local thrift. The copyright reads 1990 on the shirt its self. The tag reads "Levis Street T: Any advice would be appreciated. I can't find anything on google like it. Thanks so much!

Looks familiar but stumped finding any info on it. But pretty ugly! I wouldnt get excited over it value wise...probably a tough sell
