HELP : Whats the deal with this Delta tag?

Hello, id like some help identifying the years this particlular delta tag was produced. I cant find much about it online. It cant be super old because there are two tags, but ive never seen one where the front tag is just the delta emblem with no text or anything,

It is a bit of a weird one, but I did find it on another shirt that had the Twin Towers on it—suggesting it's probably from 2000 or 2001 era.
