Metallica Pushead In Vertigo Shirt no Licence?

Hi All,
Have a strange one...I have two Metallica Pushead shirts from 1990,
I can't locate a licence or copyright date on them. Size wise this one is a large pit to pit 21'', collar to hem from back 30'', solid print, faded shirt. (See second post for the other). Labels are generic and similar to what I am used to seeing from concerts on this side of the planet. Is this unusual? Can anyone advise on value. Apologies for the picture on its side I cant get it to rotate!
