We received it as a gift directly from Keith Haring, drawn in front of us. Maybe we can make a collector happy with it.

The mother of the present owner of the t-shirt was an employee of the Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam. Over the years of working at the institution, she developed a friendly relationship with Keith Haring. The Angel is one of the Christian symbols revisited by the artist. In Haring's iconology it represents hope, spirituality but also the complexity of life and death.
