Is on a 70s hanes orange triangle tag.
I think is from the English group "white noise", an experimental electronic music band.
What do you think?
It is from the band or not?
Any idea on it's value?

I would reach out to them both and see! I'm sure they'd be receptive to it.

Value-wise, without knowing exactly what it is, hard to say, but if it's either of these two possibilities, probably not a lot - although the '68 band might have more value to the right person.
