Ramones "In the UK" Euro Bootleg - Late 80s/Early 90s? - Single Stitch

Hi guys, I need some help identifying and appraising this thrashed Ramones tee.

Graphic: "Ramones In the UK" (looks like a classic Euro bootleg design).
Stitching: Single stitch on sleeves, bottom, and shoulders.
Size: Boxy fit, 21.2" Pit to Pit / 26.4" Length (54x67 cm).
Condition: Heavily thrashed/faded. Multiple pinholes, thin fabric, neck is stretched.

I’ve seen similar prints before, but the single stitch on the shoulders makes me think it’s late 80s. Any info on the origin and a rough price estimate for this level of distress would be greatly appreciated!
