Nike White Tag Air Force One T-shirt

Hello and thank you for your time.
I have a few questions about this t-shirt. #1, the way the tag is sewn in seems a little fishy to me. #2 The tag does not have any information except for where it was made and there is no other tag anywhere on the shirt. #3 I don't see another shirt like this one anywhere (ebay and google anyway).
Perhaps you guys could shed some light on this shirt. Thank you!!
