Does anyone recognize the phrase or title of this shirt. I have 2 in almost mint condition but I'm clueless here.

totally stumped it must be a local business slogan...doesnt trigger any results! the closest thing that sort of makes sense is Marcia Pally who wrote about books on porn in society in the 80s. Maybe "come" is innuendo. But thats a strech.
