Seeing wildly varying pricing online, haven't found the same shirt design yet to compare. Anyone have any idea of value?

All depends, sell it during the season, especially if they are doing well - but remember that 80s sizing will limit you, it's the 90s stuff that people tend to snap up these days likely a $35-50 piece.
