WHAT is this 😭 70s? collegiate pacific cropped sweatshirt

I can’t find ANYTHING like this anywhere. it seems to be a cropped ou wraparound text sweatshirt but I can’t find anything close to it. the tag is on the shoulder and has no color, which is unlike anything else I could find. this leads me to believe it’s earlier for the brand? if anyone has an idea of what it is or it’s value it would be so helpful! thanks!

Jocks in the 70s and 80s wore cropped shirts like this, belly shirts, and women too. No real value here sorry.
