Guns & Roses Shirt - Authentic or Homemade

I wanted to see if anyone could help me with some information on this Guns & Roses muscle tee. I didn't know if it was an early version that they produced or something someone made at a local carnival in the 80's.

Looks like a homemade job to me. 80's shirt with 90's GnR font. ...take that one to heart, yowza, etc. ;)

Maybe a little bit of both? A prototype designed by the band in their early days? or fan made? super cheap bootleg? is it a screen print or just ink?
