A Birdhouse expert, I am not. I did compare it to the one tag we have in our archive:

And I can't find any red flags with the tag.

Interestingly, the CA # is from Winners - not sure if these exist in the USA, but it's a discount store, where they sell a ton of clothing that was overstock, or went unsold by the original retailers.

So, at one point, these landed in a discount shop - no shame in that - they get a ton of major brands, but to me, the presence of that number on the tag, is a sign it's legit.

Some Birdhouse tees have fetched up to $800.

Given the simplicity of the design and the one color - and the fact that it likely wasn't a big seller - it probably doesn't have much value - as the ones that do all seem to have multiple colors.
