CRAZY one-of-a-kind Rush shirt

Ok, so this is pretty bizzare and I've never seen anything like it.

I recently hauled a vintage 1988 Rush tee from the Hold Your Fire tour. Stedman tag, amazing vintage condition/wear to it. Double sided etc...

Here's the interesting part....when I turn it inside out, there is a misprinted or abandoned Megadeth shirt!

Is this a bootlegger that fucked up and just printed on the other side? What would you list it for?
