Help dating this Nike tag/tee?

Still don't know too much with Nike. Any help on an era for this one? It is thin and super soft. Tagged small; measures 24" long and 18.5" pit to pit. Back is blank.

Also, what would you price it at? Has some wear, pilling and very small, minor flaws.
