Nine Inch Nails 94-95 Vintage Downward Spiral bootleg t-shirt
I got this back in the day. Size is about XL. 3 tiny holes I took pics of. Some fading more so on the back, but shirt in good shape besides. No stains. It's actually got a great grunge look.

I can't find one exactly the same to compare it to. But one with a similar front was on Grailed for $400, and one currently on eBay fo $700. The back on yours appears to be far less common. The other version is being reprinted.
Yours looks to be worn pretty thin too, and perhaps a little neck stretch? but think you'd get $300+ for it?
