please help me for my lack of experience. I got a Lakers AOP Hoodie catalog tag, is this vintage or not? Thank you for the help

Well it's look like it is but why it's says "Chicago Licensed Product"?
Usually it must be "Official Licensed Product". Also you can see the difference in font's and printing quiality.
I think it's bootleg but can't tell for sure what era.
