Hi, I believe that this is from the 1980s.
All the poket zips works. The main zip for the jacket works but can be a little sticky. There is a mark as pictured, I haven't tried any treatments on it yet.

I was wondering if you can tell me if this is from the 1980s and how much I should look at reselling this for?

Hi there, the three bars are 1990s at earliest. The trefoil is the 1980s.

I don't think any signficant value here, maybe $50.
