Hello guys , first off thanks for your time

Need help checking / legit checking this 90s Rolling Stones in a brockum I have never seen before, I got it from an original owner along with 3 other Rolling Stones shirts he said he had went to all the concerts back in the day. This was the only tag I was confused about.
