Wondering if this is a parking lot bootleg or a legit tour shirt, can’t seem to find it online. Got it from goodwill. Loom tag seems to match 1999 so not doubting the age on it. Thanks.

The quality of the print def shouts bootleg.

I found a similar one on depop that actually has a torn tag, which can often mean it's a boot:

but the front print quality is far better, so would def vote to yours being a boot.

Not sure it fully matters tho, boots can do well too. That said, it's kinda not the best print.

The tag looks period correct but that print quality is pretty rough. Wonder if it was like a quick parking lot print job during the tour?
