I think this is a new print of a vintage blank tee, because 3-4 years ago this shirt also appeared in the "niceman" tag, which was rumored to be a new product. But if there is someone who understands or lived through the era, they can add to the status of this shirt.

no such thing, the one with the niceman tag is also a "made up" from few years ago, other band tees also produced with this method (using license on print and also using niceman tag)
