Legit Giant Nirvana Tee?

Post by Dylan_nwk »

Hi!

I don’t know much about vintage T-shirts yet, whether they’re original or bootlegs. I’m mainly looking for a nice Nirvana T-shirt with a great print and good overall quality.

I came across this one, but I have a feeling it might be fake. I could be wrong, but after doing a bit of research, I found quite a few very similar XL versions with Giant tags.

Pit to pit : 23 inches
Length : 28 inches

I was also wondering if you have any tips on finding a similar one. Even an official reprint would be perfectly fine with me. I’m not really looking to collect them. I just want a great T-shirt to wear.

Thanks in advance! :)

Unfortunately, this is a Thailand-based counterfeit, but can't help on finding a modern reissue, we're too stuck in the past lol

Thanks for your reply! Yeah, I had a feeling that might be the case. Are these counterfeits generally poor quality then? I mean in terms of the cotton, the fit, as well as the print?

So there really isn’t an alternative? :/

Hey if you like the shirt, wear it! But yeah, you'll have to shell out for an OG. There are licensed reissues, but they stand out as much as these do as not being OG.
