Megadeth 1990 Brockum shirt

Hi, not sure if it's a vintage shirt or a fake? Could never find any shirt like it on T-shirt slayer with the same city's on the back & the Megadeth logo is more yellow than gold/orange on ally others and the ones I've seen online. The shirt is L but fits small from top collar to bottom its 24 inches. The tag reads Brockum group made in U.S size L. Would appreciate any info. Thank you.

Legit - the Megadeath 90s stuff - where the images are near photo like are extremely hard to copy and print. It likely got hemmed shorter by the original wearer.
