Seller says the tag is odd and shirt is double stitched because it’s UK made. All the versions I’ve seen have just the text on the back but this one has the image on the back as well.

I don't think double/single stitch is a super reliable way to establish much. I've also seen Morrissey shirts without copyrights that people instantly claim are fake, which I also don't believe.

But there's a chance this could have been a reissue later in the 90s given the print variation.
