Weird tag, but definitely has a late 90s/early 00s vibe. I can't find any other example of it except on a shirt by a hip hop group that is active in the modern age.
That said the RN number does say it was registered around 1995.
These boots can be tricky because there are boots of boots that went into the early 2000s - as well as modern counterfeits - that both have the poor printing that this one seems to have.
Anyone else?
