Black Flag Band legit/date check

Hi, I'm trying to determinate if this shirt is a vintage one and at the same time it price. Problem is there are no tag on it and it is a double stitch sleeve shirt.

Highly suspect, especially since one color logo.

Maybe from the 90s, but probably 2000s bootleg throwback vibes.
