‘95 Offspring tee

Came across this offspring shirt the hanes tag looked weird and also has sone trash mark license that I’m not familiar with, toughts?

Don't worry, I've seen that Hanes tag. That Hanes was released for the euro. It could be a Hanes product marketed for the euro. We know that the other tag is from Artimonde and is an official product released in Canada. What's clear is that the tag and the year of release are the same or synchronized.
