Legit check public enemy

I found this t-shirt in a market that often dismantles t-shirt balls. I saw that this t-shirt was very good and there were no defects in the screen printing. Is this genuine or fake?

It looks like a legit screen stars blank. What's the pit to pit in inches? Unfortunately because it's a fairly simple print, it would be easy to print on an old blank. The print looks new but so does the shirt.
