I found an old Tour Shirt in the basement of my uncle.
I searched the web about any infos but could not find something.
I hope someone can help me.

Very cool! I don't remember ever seeing this exact front print? Their other Euro 1990s tees seem to fetch between $75-125 regularly. I can't find another example like this one currently.
I'll loop in Max, our resident Stones expert and see what he thinks!

Max thinks it could be a vintage bootleg. Very cool nonetheless.

Bootleg is an unofficial t-shirt - it wasn't made by the band or its partners. Made by entrepreneurial third parties, and sold outside of concert venues, back then.
They are usually original designs.
And they are still collectible.

Is there a special market to sell old tour/band shirts?
I mean not the bootleg ones, i have a few originals too.

eBay, Etsy, Grailed, DePop...lots. Can find some marketplaces on Facebook too
